The view of the city was incredibly beautiful. The hotel had a comfortable location a few meters away from S'arenal. The property was set in a safe area. the view of the city from my room was stunning. the hotel's location, just a short distance from S'arenal, was very convenient. I felt safe and comfortable staying at this property.

Fairly clean place, amazing service, approachable and great staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus climate control, a personal safe and an electronic key card. The pool area is good too. The early check-in process too.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all incredibly kind and pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the brand-new and spotless room. The private bathroom. Amazing service offered in this property.

This place is beautifully decorated and quite clean, it's located very close to the center, their service is outstanding, and the food is delicious, plus they offer parking on-site.

When I am in Playa de Palma, I like staying here. The hotel is cool, it has approachable staff and a roof top bar. The services are amazing, including a good pool. In fact, there is good internet😃

Great place to stay with a perfect location near the beach, restaurants, and the sea, where I got a clean room with a balcony and enjoyed the rooftop bar.

Great choice of food! Maybe not so big difference, but I definetly recommend to take food in Hotel! Cheaper and good service!The best place from quality/price! If i would go again I would choose this hotel again!

Loud german tourists... And no air conditioner! It is very hot in night too! We were in July!

Clean hotel located right by the beach with nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Spacious and modern rooms with balconies. - Conveniently close to the bus station and a short walk to S'arenal.

The hotel staff were really helpful and welcoming especially the lady at the reception. We had half board with breakfast and dinner included. Lots of food choice. Cheap drinks at the hotel too. We had sangria for a euro.A bus stop is a two minute walk away from the hotel from where you can get to Palma and to the airport as well.

The bathroom was really small. There is not much nightlife in the streets but that does not really concern the hotel. We saw a guy jumping off the balcony into the pool while having drinks by the poolside, also we came across a naked guy running in the hallway on our floor.

Clean amazing accommodation with superfriendly staff and marvellous location in an area that does n't seem safe especially at night. Appetising and perfect food, amazing service.

I had a very relaxing stay during my holiday. I liked the good sized and cosy single room with balcony. - the breakfast was savory. - the check-in was early. - the staff was top-class. - the location was perfect.

Very good food. Location 7-8 min. to the beach by walk. Nice balcony, good swimming pool.

Bathroom equipment needs renovation.
